"Great Design & Great Call"
Unlike the Bushnell Trophy Cam and Primos Proof Cam, the Rut Roar project had minimal market research. We began with a single sketch and a clear directive: "We want a call that looks like this." Armed with this simple concept, we ventured into design. Our team transformed the sketch into 3D models, exploring different fonts in the process. The result was astonishing, catching the eye of Primos, who decided to incorporate advanced features.

Endorsed by Primos Hunting founder Will Primos, our designed and developed product carries his name with pride. Reflecting his values of joy, family time, and exceptional quality, our creation aligns seamlessly with Primos' ethos. This endorsement underscores our commitment to enriching lives and delivering excellence, inspiring us to continue crafting products that create memorable experiences and lasting connections.

3D CAD Design
Using SolidWorks for designing our Primos Rut Roar Grunt Call was a smart choice. SolidWorks is a powerful tool for making precise 3D models and complex assemblies, ensuring our product fits together correctly and works well. It also helps us test and improve our design, making sure it's strong, efficient, and manufacturable. Many industries use SolidWorks, so it's a trusted standard with lots of support and resources available. Our expertise with SolidWorks means we're creating a top-quality, innovative product.
Product Prototyping
Product prototyping means making an early version of a product to see if it works and looks right. This helps find problems and improve the product before making a lot of them. Prototypes can be simple or fancy, but they help save time and money and make sure the final product is good. It's an important part of making a product.

Final Production Model
Upon completing the entire design process, including 3D drawings, prototyping, and receiving the client's final approval, we move forward to the crucial phase of creating the Final Production Model. This stage involves collaborating with carefully selected manufacturers who possess the expertise and precision needed for tooling. The choice of manufacturer is pivotal, as they employ high-quality tools and advanced techniques to ensure the production process meets the highest standards.
By partnering with reputable manufacturers, we proactively address any potential production issues, detecting and rectifying them at an early stage. This commitment to quality control guarantees that the final product adheres to the exact design specifications and offers the level of excellence that both we and our clients expect. Through meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative approach, we ensure that the journey from concept to the Final Production Model is characterized by precision, quality, and successful execution.

Sales & Distribution
Following the successful creation of the Final Production Model, the next phase involves global distribution. Indeed, distributing a well-designed, high-quality product worldwide becomes an advantageous endeavor. Vendors and distributors are naturally inclined to embrace products with superior design and quality attributes, as these factors significantly enhance the overall appeal and value of the product.
The reputation of a meticulously designed and top-quality product speaks for itself, facilitating the distribution process. Vendors are more enthusiastic about showcasing and selling products that resonate with consumers' preferences, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. The combination of exceptional design, quality, and functionality creates a competitive edge that appeals to various markets and regions.
Ultimately, the collaborative efforts in crafting an outstanding product, from concept to distribution, culminated in a global journey marked by efficiency, customer satisfaction, and a favorable market reception.

3D Printing
In this image, you can observe four 3D-printed parts of the Rut Roar assembly that we've put together. It's important to note that 3D-printed ABS plastic parts typically have a tolerance of 0.003 inches or 0.0762 millimeters. This tolerance is slightly larger compared to molded parts, which have very tight tolerances. In contrast, rubber parts have a negative tolerance, meaning they fit snugly when inserted into plastic parts. This information is crucial for ensuring the proper fit and functionality of the assembled components.
But it's more than just appearances. The inside of Rut Roar's was meticulously engineered for consistent pressure every time it was used. Like all our products, we designed the Rut Roar to endure for decades. This blog's title draws from customer comments, reflecting their positive experiences. Let's celebrate the Rut Roar – a fusion of design, engineering, and enduring quality.
