Design Brief

Project Goal: Our project aimed to revolutionize hunting equipment by developing a single, versatile solution – the Multi-Position Deer Grunt Call. Our primary objective was to create a grunt call that seamlessly replaces the need for six separate calls. By incorporating an adjustable positioning system, we enabled hunters to effortlessly transition between distinct deer vocalizations simply by adjusting the grunt call to the optimal position. Our design targeted the precise synchronization of the call's position, vocal tone, and timing to provide hunters with a unified tool that delivers the right vocalizations for the right scenarios. Through this innovative approach, we streamlined hunting gear and provided a practical solution that enhances the hunting experience by simplifying gear while maximizing effectiveness.

3D CAD Design

Unlike designing, getting the sounds right needed more than just computer work. We had to physically move the part that makes the sounds to make sure they sounded just like deer. It was like solving a puzzle, making sure every piece fit perfectly.

Final Production Model

Upon completing the entire design process, including 3D drawings, prototyping, and receiving the client's final approval, we move forward to the crucial phase of creating the Final Production Model. This stage involves collaborating with carefully selected manufacturers who possess the expertise and precision needed for tooling. The choice of manufacturer is pivotal, as they employ high-quality tools and advanced techniques to ensure the production process meets the highest standards.
